General Agreement

By accessing wellnessfood.es or placing Pedidos de alimentación saludable, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. This contract is formed between you (the user) and Wellness Food, established at Calle de la Palma 22, 35007 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Our platform is intended for health-conscious adults seeking a Menú equilibrado diario. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of our delivery service constitutes acceptance of the updated framework.

Subscription Management

We offer Comidas completas con recuento de calorías tailored to your activity level. Subscriptions are processed on a recurring basis unless specifically ordered as a one-time trial. Each plan is non-transferable and requires a registered account.

Delivery Protocols

  • Delivery occurs within predefined time slots (06:00 - 10:00) to ensure the freshness of your Entrega de comida saludable.
  • Our liability ends once the package is delivered to the specified address or concierge.
  • We currently serve Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and mainland Spain metropolitan areas.

Allergic individuals must consult our allergen matrix before subscribing. We cannot guarantee a 100% trace-free environment for severe seasonal or food-borne hypersensitivities.

High-quality fresh ingredients

Cancellations & Refunds

To maintain the efficiency of our logistics, cancellations for next-day delivery must be submitted via the portal 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Once the preparation cycle starts, charges are non-refundable.

"In cases of delivery failure due to address errors or recipient absence, Wellness Food does not offer a refund, as the perishable nature of the food prevents redelivery on subsequent days."
